![]() | alright i got em. Not the best picture but you can see the buds forming. Thats a side picture that started later than the back. The bushy side of my plant gets at least 6 hours of light in the front and as the sun moves it gets about 8 hours in the back.

Its ok to feed the plant all the way until the end of September that is if its a 8-9 weeker, then the final 2 weeks you flush your plant. Almost all lines of nutes have a rinse part. Reguardless if you use the full line of products (i,e.. if you only use the FoxFarm Grow Big & Tiger Bloom but not the micro nutes), you still should flush the last couple weeks of flowering. Depending on the system, Hydro & Aeroponic gardens are flushed weekly. I've even heard of soil & soiless mediums getting flushed weekly to increase the taste and smell to maximum potential. Good Luck oh... what strain is it? It looks like a pure Sativa, maybe a skunk or haze?

![]() | Okay so i got a quart of both BB and GB. That stuff aint cheap but i decided to do the daily feeding 1 teaspoon/gallon daily. I don't think i need to turn the soil much or put the mulch/wood chips. That soil is very loose and i prepared it well. I do often air it out with one of those fork/type of garden tools, i can't think of the name but i'm sure you know what im talking about. OG; how does one 'flush their plants'? And what are micro nutes man? All of this is sort of new to me but im gonna take all your guys' advice. Thanks every1. also i have no idea the type of strain. Seeds could have been 2 years, or even 5 years old. You are right, signs point to sativa, a buddy of mine said it "reaks like sour d" But i really dont know.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | micro nutes can be found in Norwegion seaweed extract or liquid kelp products. They are resonable in price. Some use a product called Maxicrop, which is the same thing. Also the Fox Farm products I mentioned have all the micro nutes and goodies already in them as well. As far as flushing, ten days before you will harvest stop giving them any big bloom or flower nutes and if you can afford it, purchase 10 gallons or so of RO water from a vending machine if you dont receive much rainfall where your at and it's a very dry area to began with. If your inept like I am at fussing about with PH meters and such, you can rest assured if you give your girl a big drink of RO water a couple of times near the end, the lowered PH of the RO water will be a nice cleaning agent for flushing away any accumulated nutes and the plants will finish nicely. Especially plants in containers appreciate a drink of RO water occasionally. Whenever I have a plant that is looking ill, a good drink with vending machine water usually straightens them out and they really flourish. The water where your at may be better than mine, I just dont have the patience to make ph adjustments or even checking what comes out of the tap. I do know that my ph is around 7 and and should be adjusted to 6.6 but since I am lazy the best I can do is give them the occasional RO drink which I did check and seems to give a 6.0 reading. The plants seem to like this occasionally dureing growth as well. Something to consider. Just feed once a week, not daily. My temps are in the mid 90's and I water about every three days. Plain water for one watering and 3-4 days latter they get the GB. You wont be useing the GB much longer and if you have already used it, I would put the rest of it away for your next grow and concentrate on useing the BB from this point out. With the BB you can feed with every watering but you should be letting your soil dry out before waterings.

![]() | Looking good. can't wait to see some pics. Remember since its more sativa its going to take longer to finish. Those ferts are awesome, but yea they do cost more. If you need more bang for your buck next time, i would go with the General Hydroponics 3 part flora series. Its spendy in grow shops, but you can find it in large hardware stores for cheaper. 3 quarts under 40bucks and they last awhile also the more you buy the cheaper they are, so save up for some gallon pails.

Well for one that liquid fertilizer is working nicely. I'm sure you've had these green worms on your plants as well, i have too. I recgonize them by these little black spots they leave on the leafs. So far ive found two seperate buds a bit chewed up. It isnt everywhere though and i thought was mainly on the side thats growing faster, but theres no infestation. Then i looked the other day and noticed on the front a little bud that was forming ripped to shreds. It just crumbled in my fingers. I was worried then but now im very worried. Last year there was just too large of a mass for the worms to get to soon enough. I took a pic one of the nicest buds coming along, sorry my camera blows. And an overview of the plant, although it is maybe like a few weeks old. Before i fed it, it's pretty much remained that height and size. Anyways how do i get rid of these bastards?
