Hey Everybody! I posted once in the group thread, but wanted to finally say hello and to thank you all for the valuable info I have plucked from this site. For those of you who don't know me from the sister site, I started smoking back in the 80s but gave it up in the mid 90s. IT was my doctor who plunged me back into the wonderful world of weed just in the last year. It's good to be back! MMJ has been a godsend for my neuropathic pain, and I am a firm believer in the benefits this plant can have for millions of people. So this is my first grow, and it seems to be going well so far. Thing is, I didn't really expect it to go this well, so I didn't journal at all until recently. I'm excited to see how well these two plants do when it really counts, and if they do well, I will take it to 6 outdoor plants next year. I would like to get a good indoor grow going, but I don't have the capital for that just yet. Anyway, here are a few shots from this morning. I guess they are getting close to switching, and then we will see if I can keep from f'n 'em up! My only question for the moment: The plant on the right is a bit too close, but this was done because I was trying to keep it out of the shadow of the house. I used to turn them once in a while, but forgot to do so for a while. Now the left side of the plant is looking a little sparse, while the right side is looking pretty good. Do you think there would be anything to gain by turning her, or as well established as she is, should I just leave her alone? I'll have to do the questionaire, but for now: plants are (left)Sensi Star, and (right)Northern Lights, outdoor hydro in 100% pearlite. They get a drink twice a day, and nutes about once a week. If I get the chance, I'll fill out the questionaire and paste it in here later. Thanks again for all the great stuff you guys put up here! Here are my girls. You can see how sparse the left side of the Northern Lights is right now. ![]() Looks like a good sign of things to come... ![]() A close-up of that same shot... ![]() Happy bug! I get nests of these guys every year, but not too many stuck around this year... ![]() ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok, filled this out to the best of my knowledge.. ![]() ![]() | Thanks All, I'll go ahead and rotate her for a while then and see what happens. Yeah, that's all my property. The fence is a little dog run we used when we had puppies, but now it's just a good place to grow without the deer getting everything. Noone can see the plants except the guy who sprays the house for bugs once a month, and I'm not worried about him. The down side is that there are better places in the yard as far as sun goes, but they are not as secure, and they are not deer proof. They seem to be doing fine where they are, so we'll see what happens when they start to flower. They are pretty big now... both around 7 foot, but they are still getting taller. Next year I might keep them under the fenceline, but it depends on how these come out. Like I said, this is a first try at this, so I'm learning as I go...

![]() ![]() | I don't know if this makes any difference, but this is my buddy's indoor grow from a clone that came off of the Sensi Star on the left. Looks like he is going to have a good harvest! I'm happy to see it, but nervous that my outdoor could be all show, no go. First timer jitters I guess! At any rate, it's cool to see what MIGHT happen in the next couple months! ![]() I'm anxiously awaiting the point where I will start to see the buds forming. I never would have thought I would find gardening exciting! Thanks for the kind words and the advice! I'll try to keep posting pics of their progress. Edit: I forgot to mention... He somehow ended up leaving a light on by mistake in the grow room for a couple days, so they got a little spindly. Still looks like he will get quite a bit off them.

Decent nutes you are using, i am using the same for my outdoor soon. Good results and pretty cheap even the non-flora stuff from general hydro is good. Keep up the good work
