![]() ![]() ![]() | may be dumb but... If I got a clone, thats of maturity and showing sex, and started it outside right now, in just say a 3 gallon pot, would I have success? What will happen? BTW I'm In CA near the beach and not expecting extreme cold, and I am not trying for plant size or for yield, just for fun. I have an indoor grow where my main attention will be.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | there is only about 3 weeks left outdoors, i dont think you will have time to grow the plant and flower it. it might flower, but then, its going to rain, and you will have to deal with that. the usual time to start outdoor plants is around beginning of June, in California. this gives them time to grow (vegetate). if you put it out now, it wont grow very big, but will flower, right away, but you will probably harvest sometime late November at this rate.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Thats kind of what I was expecting, thats why I asked, BUT i am ok with this, it would be a decent sized clone and im ok with it starting to flower right away. I know it won't get very big but again thats ok, i just want to do it for fun if its possible, maybe get a lil extra herb.

Risking getting caught for nothing. It literally wont produce more than a quarter of premature pot. If that. Maybe 3 grams. Of way premature pot. Sure you could try growing it, but I wouldnt smoke it. Pointless. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() | hm, well the plant would be a clone fully rooted of more than a month veg'ed plant. showing preflowers and everything. it would be growing on my balcony, AND I'm a medical card holder, im allowed to have a canopy of no more than 10x10 of mature plants. but idk. it was just an idea. fun and games.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | sure you should end up with some buds. they will only be pre mature if you dont let them finish flowering and become mature. I duno what stoney is talking about but I would disregard that.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, he said he lives in cali. I know Bobbooty lives there as well. Bobbooty said he has about 3 more weeks left of the outdoor season. Im guessing he would know, since he lives there. Putting a clone outside that hasnt started flowering yet will in no way be finished in 3 weeks. Not even close. Hell, maybe some pistil clusters. If he can grow till mid december, then it may be a different story. But, seeing as how I dont know cali weather, Im going to listen to somebody who lives there. If he says 3 weeks, then my guess is last crops are usually 1st week or 2 of november. Hope to clear that up for ya. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() | well where i am at, night time temp is 45 and day time temp is 70. the true season i know ends here around the end of oct, but i think the plant can make it to dec, i hope. the clone i put out will already have pistils showing. if i do this. and i will let it flower as long as i possibly can, hopefully into december.
