seeds in colder climates

I live in a country where the temperture can get about 3 degrees celcius at night and i was wondering what type of seeds i could plant outdoors??
any ideas

Don't know of any seeds but maybe you could grow it in the summer, or take it inside at night (and put it near a heater). Good luck.
