Is there anyway to get a spring harvest outdoors? could it be achieved in a green house? my grow site is at 36 deg north lattitude meaning right now were getting 10 hours of daylight only to increase as spring comes.

the outdoor temp averages between 45 and 65 deg farenheight, night and day. It never freezes and seldomly drops below 40 because it's right next to the ocean, at least i think that's why.

flowers bloom in the spring, why couldn't bud?

In places like California you can start plants indoors for 2-3 months, but you gotta put them outside before the beginning of March. They should be ready to harvest by the end of May. It still might not be too late for you, but it depends where you live. Plants need 12 hours of darkness to flower.
