Flowering outdoors

hey, i need some advice about flowering outdoors... i have a few 18 inch female plants in my backyard and i need to flower them and get rid of them soon... is there anyway that u can force flowering? any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.

I heard that if u put plastic bags over them, that will force flowering, or maybe BLACK plastic bags? i dunno, think its clear. THeres gotta be somthin in the harvesting section that could help u.
