Shock?

today i just got a sprout they r in direct light about 13-14 hrs of light a day will that be to much sun? the sprout is a lil bit yellow on the round part of the leaves could the sun have shocked it or burnt it?

thats how my plants started out, they seemed to grow fine, but not like the rest of the veg. around them. This is also my firsdt year growing so im not sure how fast they r supposed to grow.
