my plant is about 6 1/2 inches tall and its growing outside. i think that when it gets about a foot, i'm going to force flowering. i have read that garbage bags should be placed over the plants for a certain amount of time. how long should the plant be in total darkness, and then given light? should it be given any light at all during the flowering perido? thanx a lot!!!!

you have to have a 12/12 light/dark period.. im not sure if a grabage bag would work to force you plants to flower. they need total darkness on their dark period....... i am alsw a outdoor grower and how i force flower outside is i take some plexiglass cut it to where it is about 3 foot tall and 3 foot wide cut 5 of them. then i take some hot glue and make like a cube out of it without a bottom.. paint the inside black and the outside white. that lets no light get through... and i just put it on a 8 at night and take it off at 8 in the morning till flowering is done.... forcing flowering outside in summer is a pretty big hassle though. being that it takes up so much of your time you have to have them on a good time scheldule every day.. well i guess i will quit rambling... i shouldnt have gotten stoned before i wrote this lmao.. later hope i helped
