| i can't verify any of this, nobody can. I really thin potencey is gonna boil down to 3 main things, Strain and nutrients, and light. Any extra stuff people do to try to increase potency, all the rumors and myths, may do something, but I don't think it would do enough to tell from smoking, you would have to run scientific tests on it to determin potency, with alot of these methods, i think the placebo effect kicks in, and us potheads just think its stronger. With the exception of uvb lights, those have been proven to increase potency, I don't know about scientificly, but they have been tested to prove that they do make the plant produce more trichomes, and more trichomes = more potent. I wonder where you can get a gauge to tell the thc content of MJ. They must have one, tey tell the percentages at all the seedbanks. With one of those all theese theories can be tested.

| Yeah I dont think it's just a gauge though. I think they have to take buds into a sterile white room and get the scientist from the simpsons to run a series of elaborate tests before determining the THC amount.
