1.8THC is starting to vegetate.

What tripps says. You can over water!!!

The originator, Hempy, said to water seedlings everyday, then after 2 weeks switch to every otherday. I followed those directions to the letter, but my seedlings started to droop and curl under. It took nearly 2 weeks for any major new growth.

Now, I do like tripps says above. Some plants won't drink as fast as others, so simply recognizing when buckets need water by their weight, works best.

Thanks for all the info guys. I think my question got jumbled up with the overwatering question, but can a plant go from little clone to flowering in just a 2-gallon bucket without the need to transplant them?

Yes, you can, no problem. I transplanted from beer cups to one gallon to 2 3/4 gallon wastebaskets, and one plant only, on to a 5 gal bucket. It seemed to be growth was faster with the gradual translanting. Each successive container was only 2" or so taller than it's predecessor, so the roots never really had to reach, so there was no lag, if anything, I noticed a growth spurt after transplanting. Some say it's messy, but IDK, I'm growing in my primitive basement, plus I'm a bit of a slob, (never around Mrs Tripps, though, there be death, there), so it was no trouble, I thought.

No problem dude, I was going to ask the same question, but I wrote a little blurb and my question followed that, so I think people may not have read that. Sharing is caring :-)
