what is the pH of the water that you're feeding them with? for soil you want to give them water with a pH of around 6.0, if you're using tap water it generally is higher than 8.. you can pick up a pH reader for 50-75 bucks on average, or find some pH test strips at a local store.. in the past my plants grew small due to ph being off, so I can relate. they sound like they're doing alright for a couple weeks.. test pH and let us know

I personally am not so sure you need a heat lamp.

I dont know your temperature situation where you are, so i could be wrong, but if you are using flourescents of any kind they should have to be close enough that there isnt need of added heat.

That could be part of the wilting problem

Id lose the heat lamp. Its just going to dry things out faster and overheat your plants.

If the room they are in is cold id just add another CFL or two.

That will give you some extra warmth, and not only that but itll actually give them more usable light to stop the stretching.

I ditched the heat lamp a week ago, and only two plants are alive now. I should of turned it off sooner. im hoping i can get a sprout from a fellow grower soon, but its unlikely. Im stuck with two struggling plants. dam my green thumb

dont worry man... ive had some sad looking plants before that bounced back.

This year outdoors is a PRIME example.. slug attacks and nearly no foliage... They still came back hearty.

If you got two.. just pray for females and nurture them the best you can.

You could still be in this yet..
