Lights too high?

I have my lights placed just over 60cm above the tops of my plants and and it looks like their stretching? have a look at the pics below!

Can i make those lights any lower to help em grow out instead of up? how low?

Doesn't really look like strecthing, looks like what mine do when they are overheated... I think the leaves have evolved to point up so that rainwater will be directed to the roots. Tho that is just a theory(one of many) of mine. Not sure if thats your problem tho...

It is very hard to tell from that pic, but the plants look awesome and maybe a touch hungry. Then again it could be the light. Can you take a pic from the top of the plant?

The temp in my room is bout 90 - 100f so that would make sense! have a look at this:

Yeah, bring down the temp. Those plants look nice, you are doing good. Bring down the temps and they will TAKE OFF...

I looked at your link. I think you need some air-cooled lights in my opinion. Air-cooling my lights totally took care of my heat problem...

Ye they even stink of weed already!!

Ye they're Growing magically well for the temp in there! They almost seem to like it? Im thinking of investing in the cool tubes but money's tight at the moment so i dunno?

I will probably start a grow journal in the next few day so look out for that! I think this lot could be a big yield because theyre just growing leaves out of anywhere they can!

The number 1 question is -What kind of lights do you have.1,000 MH-1,000 HPS or a 26 watt floro.No-one can answer without knowing.So anywhere between 2 inches and 3 feet.
