ok this is what i ahve goin on i have a plant uder 280 watts of cfl in a 2x2 box i have been in flower 13 weeks

the growth slowed for a while and then sped back up all the colas have the cones growing out like valcanoes and new trichs dusting everything about 70% cloudy and 20%clear and 10% amber and has gotten really stinky in the past 2 weeksgrowth has slowed again but trichs still coming on

does anyone have a clue about how much time left i still have white hair everywhereonly 30% of hairs have changed color

and the seed that made the plant is from brick weed

you could harvest now if you wanted... it is all up to you. It depends on the desired effect... the more amber the more "couch-locky"... If this were MY girl (and this is ONLY my opinion) I would give her a week to 10 days.

i have my next batch in a veg cab and i thought there was no way it woud take this long.

now my plants in veg are 5 weeks and 3 days so they are gonna out grow my veg cab but i will let it go as long as i can

if anyone has another oppinion please respond just curious

well. what kinda smoke do you like? and remember that quite a lot of trichs will keep on turning amber after harvest, especially if you slowdry it. 3-5 days.

i would harvest now, unless you need a big badda boom couchlock (though that depends entirely on your strain) then maybe wait a week.

2 at the most. but then perhaps stretching it a bit, i dont know, fluo grows take a bit longer.

Pictures would help a whole lot. Sounds like you could be dealing with what I was once.

I grew some bag seed Savtiva, went 13 1/2 weeks and still had hardly any amber. Long after most of the fan leaves had fallen off. It just kept pumping out new shoots with white hairs, it turns out the inside of the bud was fully mature and started to die out. Here is the thread.

You should always go by the color of the trichs instead of the pistil colors. Some Sativa dominant strains will just keep pumping out pistils till you kill them.


Your smoke at this point will be a nice mixture of cerebral high with some couch lock effect. If you prefer medicinal couch lock potency let it go another week or so.



Have you thought about cutting your vegging plants back down to size before flowering them? That should help with their size at harvest if you have height issues.
