i am currently growing about 15 small plant in my closet, of various heights and number of leaves. as a general i was told to wait til the plant is 12" before forcing flowering. but is there a way to go by the number of leaves sprouting? or is the best way to wait until the plant is 12"?

The plant should be at least 6 weeks old before you start flowering, and I would think that 12" is pretty close to that.

ive loked but cant seem to find how you actually force flowering can someone help?

in nature a plant is takin into its flowering stage very slowely over a month by the days getting shorter.
forcing a plant into flowering,means to simply,go directly to 12\12.no shorter days,just blam,12\12.
with seedling,6 weeks is usually right and with clones,12in.
