Where I live, currently temperatures range from 25*C to 40*C will i have a problem if im planing outdoors? Does intense sunlight affect the plant in any way?

Intense sunlight will affect your plants a lot...
They're going to love it after they're rooted

Just won't recomend you to start outside.
Do it inside if you can and them transplant them...

I DONT KNOW I STARTED MINE OUTSIDE IN FULL SUN AND THEY TOOK OFF AFTER THEY GOT ABOUT THREE INCHES BUT IT IS BETTER TO START INSIDE
