when do i do this

I read the sea fo green page and it said to tie the top of the plant to the stem to make it grow bushier and I was wondering what would be the appropriate time for me to do this

Do it anytime you feel they are getting to tall or you wish to prompt the secondary growth to catch up with the main growth.

IF YOU WANT SHORT PLANTS THAT ARE REALLY BUSHY WAIT TILL THEY GET LIKE ON THEIR 5 SET OF LEAVES THEN TOP THE PLANT I LIKE TOPING MY PLANTS A LOT TO GET MANY MNAY COLAS EVERYTIME YOU PLANT GETS A NEW TOP JUST CUT IT IUSALLY TOP TEN TIMES.
