| im confused cause i hear buds come at the breaks in the stems but at the breaks in the stem i have hardly any sign of anything, but at the second breaks i have what look like beginning buds, the plant is a foot and a half tall and is outside in full sunlight. and help aprecialted. THANKS | ||

THANKS<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> hello. the buds are actually flowers from the plant. they appear when the plant starts flowering. when you are growing outdoors it is a little bit more difficult to control the amount of light that your plant gets (compared to indoor growing), but you can still obviously bring it indoors (if possible) and but it in a completely dark location. your plant will flower when you reduce it's light cycle from say 18 hours (that is only an example) to 12 hours. the flowers will not just pop out of the plant over night, it takes 2-3 weeks for them to develop, and then even more time (depending on the strain of cannabis) to mature. be patient and you will be rewarded with some (hopefully) nice flowers that will (hopefully) make some nice smoke.
