ok, so i have grown before, but with my brother, but i had not much to do with it. but now im growing my own plant. i have 1 plant. i am using a LITTLE 40 watt flouro, and the plant itself is 1 1/2 inches tall(exactly) and has 4 sets of leaves, 15 all togetther. so is this too short?? the last plant that me and my bro did was about 8 inches tall, and only had 2 sets of leaves, and he only had it on 12/12 for like 5 or 6 weeks. i have only had this one plant for like 11 days, and i have the flouro on 24/7. but if anyone can help, please do so!

well, it is now 12 days old. and over nite, it shot up 1/4 inch, so now it is 1 3/4 inches. but i still am confused as to why it is so short, cuz ive seen pics and they are not as tall, and are bushier, but that maybe cuz they have more lights. i will keep everyone posted on how it is doin, cuz i wanna see how it comes out too! also it has LITTLE tiny white dots, and i have looked at them under a magnifying glass, and they look like bluish liquid coming out on the top. it may sound weird, but i know they are there, it looks like it is blue! i have no idea. if someone has any answers, help me out!

They will be bushy if you have a nice healthy plant. It is a good thing for it to be like that just hope it's female. the reason he got a taller plant was because he didn't use light!! light makes them grow! they love light, if you want it to grow teller put more light on them. It is a good thing for them to be bushy, keep the light on them.

the 4th set of leaves are getting bigger, and i can see the 5th set of leaves. but i kinda like it short, so i wanna top it soon. it is growing in my room, so it is better short. also my 3rd set of leaves are only 3 tipped, and so it the 2nd. the 4th set are too small to tell so far, so is this also normal?? and about the topping, can someone tell how to top them. cuz i want them to stay short and bushy. i dont want a link, but if there are pictures of topping that would help GREATLY! well thanx for the help.
