| Ok I have 2 plants that is in veg growth right now about 1week and 2 days old.So here is my problem. It started today they was doing real good last night but today when I checked on them the biggest 1 went limp.Lastnight I put a hair pin beside it and tied a string around it because when I took them outside yesterday to get some sunlight(I put them on my roof and the big 1 grew towards the sun so it was crooked at the top so I tied that around it to srt8in it out)brought them in lastnight and tied the hair pin to it and put them under my lava lamp,I know I need to get another light and I will asap.but I got up this morning a lil b4 sun rise and turned on the lava lamp and went back to sleep, then got up around 9am and put them outside for sunlight cause I put them outside everyday untill sun down and bring back in at night is this bad ? Could it just be in shock? Ok when I went to get them a few mins ago and took the hair pin off the damn thing just feel over limp.Whats wrong with it and can I save it?I tied the hair pin back on it in hope that itll pull through.Any suggestions?i JUST DONT SEE WHY IT DID THIS ALL OF A SUDDEN.WE GOT RAIN THIS MORNING DO U THINK IT COULD HAVE GOT TO HUMID OR SOMETHING OR THE HAIR PIN ATTRACTED TO MUCH HEAT O IT AND CAUSE IT TO GO LIMP? ALSO I am going to keep the plants inside at night and put outside in day is this bad? And if it aint im gonna put them outside when they get a fot or 2 tall then let them grow from ther euntill harvest season,so my question is what is the best light to go with the way im gonna do it I hear flouros are good just for veg growth what could I get that is cheap and good for these 2 stages sprout/veg and flowering or untill 2 feet or less tall then they go outside? thanks for any help i realy need it.. cheif | ||

Keep it tied up for a week or so then take it off and see if it has improved. It should since they are outside and there will be a breeze blowing them around.
quote:
I am going to keep the plants inside at night and put outside in day is this bad?

Nope they should do just fine Floros are good for strating seedlings. You can use the sun for everything though let them veg under the sun then you can flower them by only allowing them to receive 12 hours of light. So start them off under a few floros then when they are established, start putting them outside in the sun during the day and you can bring them in at night if you want to and put them under floros or leave them outside then when your ready start the 12/12 cycle by letting them receive only that amount of light per day. Also, remember that a plant will double or triple in height when you induce flowering. so a 2' plant could be anywhere from 4'-6'! You need to think about this if you are wanting to move them around alot or keep them in a space like a closet or something. Good Growing LB | ||
