how do i tell if its a male or female i hear that female has 7 leaves but ive seen plants wih more ??? also dont they boh bud or just female??

In the homepage, at your left side and going down, there's a colum with Hemp Cultivation as title.
You will find there a lot of usefull information (read the grow guides !)...

7,9,11,61... it makes no diference.
You will know if male/female when flowering;
Females will have litle white hairs (pistils) and male will have litle balls (male flowers).

Also, i would be very happy if males bud but no luck there...
Chicas are not enough?

Where the branches break off of the main stem you'll find white hair that aren't really hairs cuz they're wider but anyways. the male instead has little green balls instead of white hairs. you want to take them away once you see them. the white hairs are what makes the red hairs at the time of harvest.
