When can I flower after pruning and topping my plants?

I just pruned and topped my plants. They are about a month and almost a week old. So, basically when can I start flowering my plants. If anyone has any info. about this please let me know.

It will mainly deppend on your grow rates, and the possible damage when toping, but 2/3 weeks should be ok...
