I´m on my first grow, andi got 5 white widow seeds and two of them worked, they are both seedlings now, with two leaves that are getting bigger by the day. I have two Fluo´s Lamps with two double bulbs each, and i was wondering how many hours of light i should have now, and later on

For your veg cycle you want to choose between 18 hours on 6 off or 24 hours on zero off. Just depends on if you want to give your plants a rest at night or not. When you flower you want to bring the light cycle down to 12 on 12 off.

Veg:
18/6 or 24/0 (or something in between)

Flower:
12/12
