I have four babies about 3 weeks old.
They are only 4 nodes and 6" tall.
They put off a sweet skunky smell that fills my whole closet. I'm thinking it may have to do with using an HPS most of their life. Or maybe some good strain?
Or maybe because it's just pot man.
Any theories?

Gudday,
Most plants will produce a smell due to the terpenes present in them, a sweet smell at the start of the veg period means you are going to have some wonderfully sweet buds. The odor will get stronger and stronger...so you may want to take steps to mask the smell.

The HPS lamp will simply let the plants do their thing, any lamp used would still result in the smell...providing it effected growth of course.

Personally I wish they would put the smell into an aftershave

Two. It's the skunk that you smell dude. Not pot.

I cant think of anyway to mask it.
I can't vent it, the whole neighborhood would smell like a skunk farm.
I actually like the smell. Someone should make a handsoap with that smell.
Anyway,
Air-Freshener perhaps?

Ionizer works pretty good, especially if you have an air filter going along with it. Helps to keep the smell confined to a small area anyway.
