I currently am growing from bag seed as an experiment for a future grow. I want to get some good solid experience with the plant before starting a mother and clones.

The plants now are in Miracle Moisture control Potting mix. watering with diluted tomato fert. At first, I had a hard time controlling the temps being that my minature garden is at a remote location.

Lights= 2 garden flouro's 24 inch (24/7 cycle)
Exhaust = morning and night for an hour
C02= none or occasional foliar feed with seltzer water ( i know its horrible but funds are low)

But first read the Grow Guide and the posting guidelines. Though you had no question I will answer it:

You certainly can clone w/ 2 24 inch floros but you certainly can NOT grow "Mothers" (much less sex them).

Of course not... I'm using the flouro's only for another week or so but i am getting a 450 watt HPS coming soon. It's just temporarily available. And then i'm going to do clones with flourescents.

Let me just start off by saying "Maniza".

Nice grow my green friend. I'm liking the plant. What strain are you growing? Bag/Seed or clone?

I will be watching your post Swiggy. So does Seltzier water actually work?

I'm using fluors as well...with some pretty stellar "IMHO" results. 2 freaking shoplights with 4 x 2900 lumien bulbs. I'm not sold on the wattage requirements that some are posting. Obviosly, my wattage is really low. Like 38W x 4 and my 4 plants are kicking butt.

Thanks for stopping by... IMO Any grow is a good grow. To answer your question I started these plants from bagseed hopefully these babies kick off. I'm saving right now to get a MH they sell them at Lowes! So i wouldn't have to do any online shopping however.... They do not sell the ballast systems or reflectors or hoods that go with the bulb. So it's pointless. So im just going to go to wormsway and order a nice fixture. Hopefully it comes in soon. It would be nice to hook up everything and have it working so i could use the floro's on the sides of the little plants. And have the MH light attached over top.... I'm thinking about getting one with a switchable ballast system..... Does anyone know if they are any good or have any recromendations for brands i should be looking out for?
