I figured I would share this with you guys, I have been using this quick dry method alot latley and its been working wonderfully. I have this small space heater that I use when I harvest, I take whatever amount that I plan to quick dry and I chop it up till its how it would be when I roll it up. Stick it in front of the heater and let it sit there for about 30 mins, constantly moving the weed around and turning the plate a 180 degrees. Its gonna get hot down there but it wont be as hot as using a Microwave or an oven. Just use a low setting. Then when it feels crispy to the touch and is almost to the point of crumbling ( I like to make sure its dry cause I have dried and had to tear open the J and redry it so many times its not funny) then I roll it up AND Presto!!!! its ready to be smoked in 30 mins (give or take a min) The taste is still present but not as strong as if you would have slowed dried and the potency isnt effected hardly at all. I wouldnt do the whole crop like this but its the best quick dry method I have have found so far Hope this helps someone

I like to take a TWIG and suspend it about a foot above the heater, turning it every few min, regular, on a low setting, sometimes it takes an hour to dry, sometimes longer, but
that is when I just *need a lil sumthin', sumthin'*

Another thing, I found that they also all dry up REAL fast
if you just put them in your stove, pilot on, no temp, leave
em there, they dry nicely and without fire.......worked GREAT
on the last 2 tree's cuttings, I was pretty shocked actually!

Next time, gonna do the PROPER harvest, and take all cuttings
when it is time to the oven and let them sit for about an hour
they become quick crispy critters! I am so glad I tripped
over a memory of Gramma drying the MINT leaves in the oven
this way so she could make tea...I sure miss Gramma ::
But Gramma's tip worked for me!

I preheat my oven on 150º F for about 2 minutes while chopping up the goods. I turn the oven off, and put the chopped up bits on a paper plate and leave it about 10 minutes. Even if I forget to check after 10 minutes, the oven is turned off, so no harm... important to people who have their heads up their asses at times like me!! Some times I have to lather rinse and repeat, but it toasts up a nice little something to nosh on.
