I was looking at my White Widow from Dutch Passions today, and noticed that some of the buds havew turned, but the rest of the plant is not ready yet. Should I harvest the ready buds, or let it go till the whole plant is ready? PLease help.

Lots of folks harvest in stages. Usually three, I think. Harvest the top, which is ready now, yes? Then work your way down the plants as the middle then lower sections mature.

Harvest the buds as they get ready. They start to break down pretty fast if you let them go to long.

Aren't the buttom buds ready first? On every grow I've seen anyways,. YOu can clip off the stalks as you go along, it is nice indoors because you have that choice, outdoors a stalk at a time is a security factor. Just cut off what is ready and wait for the rest.

Hi,
On my girls I have had to stagger my harvest due to mould. I agree with someguy420 about the lower buds maturing quicker and being ready before the top buds. So, I have harvested the lower buds already and the top buds have been left till their mature.....hope this helps

in my experience the top finishes first, but, yes i do harvest a few buds at a time when theyre ready, once u do that the plant focuses its energy on the buds remaining.
