I didnt think it would make any difference whatsoever opposed to glass but it did. the steel seems to stay a little cooler than glass maybe that made the difference? the herb has a nicer more vibrant smell and taste. try it out sometime and compare for yourself.

I like the look of stainless steel and if it's not in glass its easy to have it out in the open w/o being obvious. I might try it ![]()

![]() ![]() | I use both, and I believe that the mason jars with screw on cap and lid and other mason jars with rubber seals will keep herb longer then the stainless steel ones with silicon seals. You can get them from Kerr or Ball at Walmart cheap. Both will work fine. As just make sure the seal is covering the whole jar because sometimes they will shift and some air can be let in. Avoid tupperware, plastic bags or plastic jars as your trichomes will stick to them by friction. Use glass mason jars.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | thinking about it, it does make sense stainless steel would be better for storing..I mean steel cans are used for storing food for up to 5 years shelf life; also being air tight too.. But Im wondering if it has more to do with blocked light then it does being steel? I think an experiment is in order here.. anyone willing to stash some in a mason jar and some in stainless steel stored in the same area-cool and dark? ![]()
