Can you see an amber/cloudy ratio (pics)
permalink

I'm a bit out of sync on this one. This plant started to auto flower about a week and a half before the 12/12 switch. I'm not sure where to put her in the 50-55 day maturation.

I took these at day 30 and was surprised to see lots of cloudy and possibly some amber tri's. I haven't began flushing yet, and I like to chop early for heady highs.

Can anybody see an approximate ratio from this shot and guess how far from chop I am. I just fed before this shot and it takes 4 or 5 days to dry out. Should I wait that long to start using pure h20 or just start in the next day or two

Thanks!

That sort of what I was worried about.

Don't I need more than a week to flush in soil? I also just fed so the soil is saturated. Will they show signs of over watering if I start the flush now?

Do finishers help allot with short flushes?

If I throw some molasses in will it help leach the nutrients from the leaves faster?

the flora kleen might be snake oil, but it is cheap so I use it. a bottle last forever.

soil I usually flush for 2 weeks if I can remember

stiffy----Wow those pictures to me look like they are mostly clear still and not that many cloudy. I don't see any amber in those shots.

I'd say you have 2-3 weeks left at least there before it would be close to maxxed out with the cloudy heads.

Happy Harvesting

Alleycat

I'll throw up a picture showing more cloudy heads and what you are wanting more before starting to flush. It gets the more frosted look to the bud when all cloudy and not those clear heads.

Got any dry Kool Bloom, now is the time.

A good guess or you read my other posts. Dry Kool Bloom shot this morning. 1/4tsp/gal with some cal-mag, H202, and a lite dose flowering nutes. Should I give it one more time the next watering without any extra nutes?

Next time I'll probibly give them straight molasses and water to start the flush.

Does anybody know if it's ok to use H202 for the flush? Could it help clear things out?

Based on the pics your are still in the clear. Honestly i cant see any amber ones there and only a small amount of cloudy. keep on checking and you should be seeing cloudy and amber trich's i a week or 2.

Stiffy--Yeah you are fine with straight h202/water for flushing, and using the molasses at the start of the flowering for the sugars, is another great idea.

I didn't see that you were doing that KoolBloom dry that day. I guess you think I'm a lucky guesser then.

Give that KoolBloom dry this week, check the heads at the end of the week, and if over 50% cloudy, then flush for 2 weeks.

Even with the pictures I put up in this thread, I have no amber heads yet on that plant, it's getting more of the frosty look to it with the heads becoming cloudy.

You are right on track, looking real good too Stiffy.

Happy Growing
