![]() ![]() ![]() | Yes, and no. But i am testing it in a large brown paper bag and alternating with and without the silica packets. It seems to be working. But i dunno could just be me.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | That interesting, Cruelty. Sounds like you are testing already. I guess I need to ask, what have or did you do in the past? And, it sounds to me like your new discovery is working for you. I've always found that "one size does not fit all" when it comes to this hobby. BTW, where did you buy them, and do you have a cost? Needless to say, I'm always interested in a new "mouse-trap"... ![]() Nelson ![]()

I would say that this is life changing but i know that some of us could benefit from a quicker drying time for whatever reasons. But silica just absorbs h20 out of the air, plain and simple. Anyone with a woman should go though all her damn shoe boxes and jacket pockets and steal those little silica packets and throw them in the paper bag when drying. I would remove them every other day to ensure that no one area in the bag gets over dried.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have never heard of drying weed with desiccant but i know people use it to dry mushrooms rather fast. the desiccant is placed on a flat service(not the packetes but im sure they would work) and the mushrooms are placed over it on a drying rack. mushrooms are subseptable to mold rather fast so they need to be dried out rather quikly without the use of heat. This is pretty much the same idea with weed so i could see where the desiccant could work. let me know how it works for you Catfish

![]() ![]() ![]() | work excellent. By alternating the silica packets in and out of the paper bag they dry evenly before the cure. Thanks
