![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Looking at the trichomes through a magnifying loop is the best way to tell when to flush. If you know the strain we will be able to ballpark it for you. If all else fails, 9 weeks from when you go 12/12 start your flush and you will be good.

![]() | Not sure what strain. It was bagseed. Some of the pistols are brown but I don't think I see any amber trichs through my magnifying glass.

You will want at least the majority of the trichs cloudy at bare minimum. At day 38 my guess would be they are all still clear. I have not seen too many strains that finish before 53 days. 53 days is fast. The good news is your buds are going to get bigger!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | If the bagseed is more sativa like, flowering will take longer. If it's more Indica, shorter. These are generalities and there are always exceptions. Agree with EMj, use a magnifying glass to look for at least cloudy trichs. If you like your weed more stoney versus up, then let the trichs get more amber. I prefer a few amber and the rest cloudy, then it's timber!! ![]() ![]() ![]() Flushing also depends on what kind of nutes you used and how heavily you ferted. Chemical ferts will need more flushing in general then organic. The heavier you feed, the more flushing you need also. Best of luck, you are almost home. Choader

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | best way is to wait till they are all milky trichomes. start flushing then. it can be 1-3 weeks depending on your preferance. it doesnt go from cloudy to amber overnight, so you have some time. i personally like to feel knocked out from my bong hits, so i let them go till half amber at least. it can be a 2-3 week process from cloudy-half amber. next time you would happen to grow this plant, you should know the perfect time.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey thanks for pointing that out ILLEGALSEED. I always take a bunch of notes when growing an unknown strain, I am always surprised how many times I refer to those notes. It's good to learn about a strain and as ILLEGAL said next time you'll know when she's just perfect.

![]() | The strain is very indica. They are not to tall. I think about half of the trichs are cloudy on the plant that is farther along. I'm thinking that I will feed it tonight for perhaps the last time. The other plant looks like it could use more time than that one tho. I'm still learning alot obviously. But I appreciate all the help. Everyone on this site is very helpful.
