Hi All,
Just thought I'd share a tip.
A great way to get rid of the resin stickyness after working with your plants is to rub a little canola cooking oil on your hands. The resin is much easier to scrape off. Kind of rolls into balls that wash away with a little dish soap.
I use this method to clean the glue from labels on jars that I wish to use for some purpose. (Pickle jars, cheese whiz etc,)

Rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball works well too, and you don't have to wash oil off afterward.

I use alcohol as buzz mentioned but I've also used goo gone or anything with orange power in it

Alcohol works best for my sticky problems.

I've always used hand sanitizer gel. It's mostly alcohol. Great for getting the smell off your hands after a joint, cleaning resin from skin after cleaning a piece, etc. I'd have to figure it'd work wonders for post-manicure cleanup.

i use latex gloves. the hash sticks to the gloves, and i replace with a new one if it gets too thick. just leave the stuff on the gloves, and let it dry, it comes off very easily and is ready to smoke.

rubbin alc always fixes the scissors so they stop binding. ive scraped hash tokes off my finger nails literaly. only nancy's would wear latex gloves buddy said to use em if you wanta. whats his face that hash guy, but thats conserving every bit

glove-rub hash is somethink that will have to wait for a bigger pantry and unfortunately OCD alcohol-use was drying my hands crispy even diluted and mixed with moisturizers

so for most quick clean-ups and to kick off major glassware scrubs i use this VIM dishwash powder

this stuff'll take off rust but won't scratch paint or enamel! it's just the business for cutting sticky grease and grime-- off anythink! hardwater, soapscum, walls, glass, toilets, etc, etc! and it doesn't dry out my skin too much with excessive use

whoops i think i accidentally wrote a commercial *blush* but i swear i don't get commission and it's just from the dollar+ store

Just a quick tip.

If you handle enough trim/harvest with latex gloves or just your hands, when your done working, you can literally hold a beer in your hand without actually holding it. The resin holds it for you. That's nice after a long day - the beer is just attached to your hand
