K so the weather has been consistantly 50's during the day, 40's at night, couple dips to the 30's but I covered her up.

I snipped some popcorn. I used a triplet to check Trichs and see lots of cloudy, a couple clear, and no amber. Weather looks to continue the same for the next 7 days or so. Do I leave her in or let her go, will she get enough growth in those temps to risk mold?

Also how long to dry before I can test drive my bagseed baby?

Hello,

I would chop her at this point. Take her inside, break her down, and hang her up in well ventilated room that is dark if possible have a fan in there to move air around, not directly on the buds. Generally it can take about a week to dry. I like the long dry myself.

Congratulations,

bert

Hey Growmama,

If the weather has been sunny and dry then leave them out as long as you can. They probably won't grow as fast, but every bit helps. Keep checking for those amber trichs. Keep them out as long as you can.

If the weather has been overcast and wet, then you may want to take Bertman's advice and give them the chop. I just lost my (2) outdoor plants to bud rot, which took over the plant in less than 3 days. If you see any sign of it, then cut the bad stuff out and harvest for sure. Even if you don't see it, if it doesn't look like there is too much sun in the forecast, then chop.

Good luck.

Peace.

Yeah wather has been shitty all last week, and this week isn't looking much better.
I chopped her this morning. She is cleaned and hanging, crossing my fingers for decent smoke and a frugal winter.

The total was only 7 ounces trimmed wet.I figure not bad for my first grow. it looked better and smelled better as I got towards the main cola. I took a few pics, I will try and get them up later.
