| What's the general feeling about using food dehydrators? I've read that it works. I've heard it's fast. Does it have the same problems as quickly drying bud by other methods? The goal is high quality, not really speed, though it's nice when speed is possible. -Guyute | ||

I actually use my dehydrater sometimes if I really can't wait for it to dry, but it doesn't taste as good and is still pretty strong though. I constructed a drying box out of a rubbermaid 18 gallon storage tote by running wire back and forth for the buds to hang on. I insalled a small CPU fan on one side sucking air through a carbon filter as the air exits the box to reduce smell. It takes a couple of weeks to dry enough to bottle, but after a week of being bottled it tastes superb. | ||
