| Flushing is something good to do shortly before harvest. You stop feeding the plants fertilizer and just give them pure water. The idea is to get the plants to stop taking up any more fertilzers and to process the fertilizers they've already got. The result is a more smooth and tasty smoke. Curing has to do with chemical processes inside the buds that can continue to take place for quite some time after the initial harvesting. Harsh tasting sugars are converted into yummy canibaniods. The result is a much tastier smoke. | ||
