hanging the plant upside down??

when all the hairs turn red/brn what is the next step? do I hang the plants upside down and let them dry or put them in a paper bag?

Cut em, manicure then hang em till the stems "crack" when bent. Then bag them, turning daily until it's dry. Then pack into sealed containers to cure, again turning daily.
