First of all I have no idea how to grow bud, all I do is smoke it, so if I am asking mini-page questions forgive me. I live in Nebraska and I have a family friend that owns a farm with a mother****-load of marijuana growing on it, but I dont think he purpously grew it because he dosent care if I pick it and it isnt grown in certain spots or organized, just everywhere. Just a couple of days ago(may 27) I went to his farm and picked probably a QP of leaves because there werent any buds. I looked through every plant I saw and there wasnt a single bud. My question is are there certain plants that dont produce buds? Or is there a certain time that buds are on the plant? Please respond because like I said there are a **** load of plants. Also can I smoke the leaves or do anything to get me high from the leaves I picked?

Don't smoke it, it's wild hemp and will just give you a mother of a headache.
