My plants are around 3 weeks old (8 inches) and have the 7 bladed leaves. Anyway, my question is: could i smoke the leaves. If so how would I go about curing them?

why would you want to smoke the leaves at this stage? the only ones you'd want to smoke would be the ones that fall off, don't take any away from the plant, but if you did then yes smoke them, just let them dry out enough to light. or roll. they won't be that stoney but hey why be too picky.

can you feel anything if you smoke some fallen leaves?

yeah you can feel something from them, it may have a bad taste and the high won't be that good, it will most likely give you a headache, but at this stage they aren't that potent.
