I wasn't sure when to start my plants on 12/12. I am planting outdoors and I was wondering if I should start the flowering process early to avoid the plant dieing if winter comes on too fast. Also I heard that the whole process takes 2 months; is that accurate??? Thanks for the help.

I think they may suffer from a move like that. you should have them harden off before putting them fully outside and no telling what woudl happen if you were in the middle of flowering and did this ... I guess you could experiemnt and see what happens. Look at the alamnac and see what motehr nature holds for your area then try to judge when you can start them flowering. Maybe someone in the outdoor forum can answer this better.....
