i don't really have a cool dark place to string my ganj up. i was thinking i could just go strait to jars, put in some rice, and put it in a drawer. will this work?

Are you still going to have plants in your grow room? Can you turn off the lights, leave the fans running and dry in there?

I'm planning on taking a cutting at some point over the next couple weeks. I don't plan on drying on strings.will this method described above work for a small amount (2-4g)

i would say so, but you need a better humidity reducing agent than rice.
and you need to watch it very carefully, as mold can be a big issue.
