my question is can you make hash out of the leaves off of your plants and it still be as potent as if you were to make it from bud.

Yes you can! If you go over to Marijuana.com, they have all sorts of recipies. Theres some things in the recycleing forum here, also.

no matter what you make the oil out of, it will still be just as potent. if you make it out of bud then you will have to use less bud to get the same amount of oil if you used a greater amount of leaves.
