So a buddy of mine informed me of this stuff called sugar hash whether it is fact or fiction we will find out. Essentially it is the same theory behind hexane hash except you use a different substance that leaves no residue, requires no cooking after, no terrible taste, no harmful side effects just minor precautions, creates pure 100% pure THC. Pure Liquid O2 is that secret ingredient.
What I will be creating is a canister that can hold the clippings as well as a multiple silk screens, and a final collection area. Obtaining the O2 is no problem I work with it every day and have access to a complete private area as well as all of the correct couplings to make it flawless and perfect. Facts about liquid O2: Due to its cryogenic nature, LOX can cause the materials it touches to become extremely brittle. Liquid oxygen is also a very powerful oxidizing agent: organic materials will burn rapidly and energetically in liquid oxygen.oxygen's temp −183 °C. Within seconds rapidly turns to gas and has no evidence of being there.

So since the liquid 02 is so cold and under so much pressure 150 psi essentially it should separate the THC from the plant matter and break it down through the screens within a matter of seconds or minutes.

I have attached a prototype I will slowly begin working on and hopefully through carefully stoner engineering, we will be able to reach a new level of stoned.

ive heard of this in theory, never seen it done. please show us results!!

i used only a coffee filter, and a scrap piece of aluminum screen i think, for the BHO, and im not sure if different sized screens would make any diff, because all the screen is there for is just to keep the bulk of the material in container, the coffee filter i suppose is the screen/mesh, but when i did it there was very little residue on the coffee filter, no oil or anything on it, i could have reused them i suppose but since a box of 50 filters is cheap i just used a new one every time. are those multi screens in your diagram? wont they get clogged over time? or will the O2 be able to go through it every time?

Thanks for all the input. Well within seconds the 02 turns into gas and evaporates into the atmosphere. So after thinking about it I think I might do a hybrid between the butane and this new method just switching the substance that is used to extract the THC. So I think I will try to get a pollen screen and a tube instead of the multi-filter method . The only thing that worriers me is being able to capture all of the THC residue since the 02 is under greater pressure than the butane and it using a vastly larger amount of the liquid, the flow rate is about 6 gals a minute. So of to home depot hopefully pics will be up soon.

I'm not wrapping my head around this like I thought I did...How will you collect the THC?

Well after looking at the design and making some changes I think I will try to place the canister directly on a Pyrex dish similar to the BHO method, and have vent holes drilled around to let the oxygen escape. I think I made go a buy one of those C02 cylinder and use that for the first design. The THC will be collected on the plate but my hypothesis is that it won't be an oil more of a powder like blow. :-D
