Is This The Right Way To Make Hash Oil

I was told that boiling stems & seeds in plain rubbing alcohol and letting it settle over 2-3 months would produce some fairly decent hash oil. Am I going about this the right way, and if not could one of my many experienced, knowledgeable, and highly resectable fellow STONERZ please e-MAIL me some acurate step-by-step instructions on how to make my own POTENT HASH OIL.
