So. Wich is more potent?

Of course there are different grades of bubbe hash. Different microns, diferent runs...

With BHO there is really just one product. Different runs maybe, but one final product.

Im looking to purchase either one. Bubble bags or a bho tube. Ive only smoked bubblehash. Never had any bho before.

So my question is, Wich seems more potent?

Bubble hash is by far the most potent hash. But does bho beat its potency?

Cost aside, wich gets you higher? What seems more pure?

I need to purchase one or the other, and I just cant decide.

Wish I lived in cali and could sample some bho. I love bubble hash. Its high, taste, everything...Will I be happier with bho?

potency depends on the trichomes gleaned from the plant matter and that's related to the growth, harvest and cure of the plant
...and unless cannabinoids are decarboxylated or oxidized by heat in the extraction process, such processes do not generally alter the cannabinoid profile

~both bubble-hash and BHO involve extremely low temperatures tho-- and so trichomes tend to retain their original form... theoretically, if both processes are used side-by-side using the same plant material, there will be no difference in potency

purity refers to the amount of plant matter among the condensed trichomes in the concentrate...
IMO in the case of purity, BHO is the likely winner depending on the micron size of the bags and filtering technique-- and how 'clean' the butane is

BHO has a higher THC percentage. I love BHO and would HIGHly recommend it to anyone.

Come on, compare...

Im just wondering how much Ill end up spending on butane? Does that get costly as well? Not looking to turn every bud into it, just for trim and popcorn.

Butane does get expensive. I pay about $74 for 10 bottles and use two bottles per extraction. (I have twin tubes.) My hubby estimates I get about 1.5 g per extraction. I have no scales - so I don't know.

I am not a good person to ask about highs; my meds fuck with mine.

Plus I have only made bubble out of trim & used buds only to make my BHO.

The high from BHO is a lot more intense for me. Yeilds less, but you use only a drop and you can go places.

Bubble is great if you like to smoke more, you get much more from it but the purity is less...

taste and high are a personal choice try both if possible

in the long run, butane supplies are more costly than ice... but time and physical exertion is much lower for BHO... but danger might be higher...

IMHO the higher yields with bubble-hash are prolly due in part to the impurities of added plant matter but also cuz the processing of bubble-hash leaves the trichome membranes solidly intact and the resulting cannabinoid concentrate is a solid
with BHO, the solvent chemically breaks trichomes open releasing cannabinoid contents... and these oils have a more liquid form, and are more readily melded and tightly compressed together

both seem to be quite efficient methods of cannabinoid extraction

~i hypothesize that, impurities removed, mass of yield would be closer to equivalent than volumes, with BHO yielding less by volume
and this is why i consider BHO to have an overall higher concentration than bubble-hash

i personally would choose bubble-hash but that's cuz i already prefer the iso honey-oil and like the idea of completely chemical-free extraction which may also be a point for purity IMHO
and IMO vapour is excellent-- but smoke is good too and bubble-hash is prolly the most pure kind of hash possible
