So you can't take the male leaves and stems and throw them in a tumbler and get hash?

I though that both male and female plants produce THC crystals for protection. I have been reading through the recycling forum and people are saying mixed things. Someone please clear this up.

it is rare, but possible, that a male with produce resin stalks, aka trichomes...
chances are you wont get any out of a skuff tumble tho unless you are working with some incredible genetics.

I think it depends mostly on how you plan to make your hash. For chemical extraction, and even cold water extraction, visible trichome production is not necessarily equative to potency.

If you're planning to hand screen some Kiff on the other hand, the infamous hash plant, some good bubbleberry, or Cindy 99, maybe Apollo 11, all would work nicely and stilly leave very nice smoke behind.

Smiles,
BD
