Hrrrmmm...well now...if it didn't get you high, there would not be any point now would there!

Hash is....well....basically...it is a lot of trichromes that have been sifted from buds and molded into balls or bars or chunks via various methods and manipulations.
Hash oil has the thc suspended in a liquid which you coat on your buds or joints. Different methods for making that, too.

LSD..I must say, I am a little disappointed bro. You have ..what...199 posts...and you don't know how to find this info??!!

I am gonna transfer this thread to the correct forum. When you get there....just look down the list of old threads. You will see many labeled hash..or hash oil. Sorry if I don't type it all out for you. This is one of those questions that has been asked ad nauseum. So...I just point ya in the right direction. Might want to read the grow guide, too.

Cy ...and you DO know that I am just yankin' your chain, right?

I have a question. I just learned that the tricomes of plants are hairs and have always thought them to be the little green hair looking things at each node. You know off to the side, the thing that never developes into anything. Well if that is a tricome then what is the technical turm for the crystals that are used to make hash. I may be wrong so dont thinki am triing to call you out or anything, just want some closure on the issue. thanks man

There is a name for that little spike that does nothing- but can I remember it? No. What was that you were saying about Marijuana and short term memory? What? Nevermind...

Anyway, Trichromes are little (and I do mean little) "hairs" that form on the buds and leafs. They are topped with a little gland that produces the actual THC. It's often referred to as crystal, or sugaring.

Hope this helps!
