One of my plants is a male and some say throw it away others say keep it. i decided to keep it and have decided to make some hash oil however i had two questions that i couldnt find answered anywhere on teh site.
1) Does the plant need to be in any particular stage? flowering, veg etc...

2) How much leaves and other crappy bits do you need to include? i.e. will anything be produced with like 7 medium sized leaves

i would tend to think that the older the plant the better, but if it is old enough for you to tell sex it should be old enough.

seven medium sized leaves sounds like a very small amount. try drying what you have out, then break it all up into small pieces and look at the size of the pile you have left, it most likely wont be much. usually it takes a lot to make a little.
