just picked this book up,and anybodey interested in hashmaking , culture,history,recreation etc should get this book   This is the most definitive guide to hashish ever published. Need an exotic hors d'oeuvre for the next Friends of the Library reception.....Nepalese temple balls.... perhaps, or a delicate majoon (a "general term applied to cannabis confections," Clarke reveals)? Just consult this lavishly illustrated compendium of all things hashish. Appealing to illicit substance consumers and history buffs alike Clarke traces the hashish story from earliest times to the present and describes traditional methods of collecting cannabis resin and processing the gooey stuff into hashish. He also debunks persistent tidbits of cannabis lore: for instance, somewhere, it is said, in some culture, naked maidens scamper through hemp fields, and the resin they gather thereby is scraped from their bodies; enticing as that notion may be, no hard data verify it..... Nor is there any efficacy in reaming a hash pipe and smoking the dross; the psychoactive THC in the hash burned the first time, and the only effects of toking the scrapings are those of hyperventilation. Nowhere does Clarke advocate breaking the law in pursuit of his subject, so for most libraries this is ostensibly history.  | 1 st post and it 's all about a book,yet you have been signed up since 2002...........? Is this a sales pitch or are you someone with some pull around here,I'm thinking the latter. Looks like a pretty good book none the less thanx, I'll keep my eyes open for it!

| Well im not a very active poster. I usually make hash since you cant get it in us and i enyouy comming to this site ,the book ,i just picked it up and it is an awsome book. That i did want to share. so ,1 post what should it contain?  Honeyoil pic i made ,hash i made .how great i am ,???? I love reading on this site.....and oh , I have posted befor ,on uncle al's honey oil ,i accually made it and it turned out good .... I guess i can start post mor often ,but you guys wright so much about hash ,so this is the best book by far i have ever seen .... Anyways ,peace .....Call me the lurker ...he he

...you misspelled the name of the distributor in your link. Which is probably a good thing, seeing how direct links to commercial sites are really not allowed here. Your stunning endorsement mighta sounded a bit suspicious...so it's no wonder that SOME might think you might be the author!  I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though.  Just raise your right hand and SWEAR that it's not YOUR book...or any of your family members'!  ...your RIGHT hand! In either case...it's a thread that should probably be in our 'Hash, Oil & Kif' forum, so I'll move it over there for you. And welcome aboard...although you've been here longer than a lot of members on this site!  pOOn

| Thank you hahahahahaha.I swear and the link is a pdf link only what the chapter contains nothing about the book ...it was awsome ...it cost me 35.99 though *ugh* but it was worth it ...everything possible you ever want to know ,and if you want to search for Robert Connell Clarke on internet ,the book Hashish you see what im talking about ... Me im just a swedish girls that love hash ,guns and Art...i paint in oil and draw ,and i have a fashinatiopn with serialkillers.
