Well after yesterdays rebuild on all the drains today I decided to change the feed lines.

It used to be just one long run with ports to each bucket. That setup meant the last bucket would get feed about 2-3 seconds from anything added to the controller res.

Well I decided to bridge the feed line from mid point of the feed from the controller , I ran 2 new lines and deleted the old. Now the last buckets are not really last anymore, they are timed with the rest now.

I installed the sub-floor, added the airstones and float valves and new double res.

Here you go some top down pics.

The first one shows the cross over feed lines I added...this allowed me to remove the bridged feed further away.


Today I set raised shelves between the buckets to mount the air pumps. I will run the lines so I can time the drips or turn them off altogether if I want. The seconds are for air stones.

Here's the first 6 buckets for the Scrog side.


Here's the 10 buckets for bushes.


Last pic is the controller and res's...I hooked up the chiller today and even though I didn't take a pic I set all the pumps and air stones up too. The 2 top res's are filled with nutes and pumping a stone in each...the controller is filled with water and a lot of H2O2 the 35% I added about a 1/2 cup the clean everything out good.



Tomorrow I might drain it and put in a weak solution to start sweetening it up before I transplant into the room.

The system is up and running, no leaks and the recirculating is awesome, with a total of 19 airstones and the 1400 GPH pump the solution doesn't stay in any one place for long. I stuck in some clones I had.

Anyway here is the system pretty much done...as is this thread.
