Yeah, it might be rapunzel.. I do believe I saw 'Ultrasonic' Humidifiers the other day at target. I never thought of a humidifier before. much less a ultrasonic one. That may work better. I know the ultrasonic fountain foggers fog by vibrating the water so fast it creates a fine mist. I don't know how all humidifiers work but the ultrasonic ones must work off the same principle right? I'm doing so research in to this right now. ![]() here is something.. Quote:
Thanks rapunzel! ![]() St0ney

![]() ![]() | how about puting a humidifier in an enclosure that is sealed below the roots of the plants (like an aeroponic bubbler unit) because that should keep a nice high consentration of vapour for the roots. clink clink... my 2 cents. | ||

... for a couple years. Mostly just for clones, but, it works wonderfully. Walmart, Fog Machine, $39 bucks, rip it apart and voila! Oh, and did I say quiet? To the humans ... my dog hates it! Hehehe ... keep those friggin' pests out. (She eats more leaves than the bugs!) Ultrasound rules ... Ultraponics? Hydrosonic?

It's a nice thought but stoney has already put in a link http://www.mainlandmart.com/foggers.html but if you have one that is different then post away! ![]()

Sorry, all I’ve been busy with the holidays and all...I going to be getting a single fogger to play with real soon.. I was thinking of a small 2.5 gal bubbler running only 1 $25 fountain fogger or a Wal*Mart humidifier... I think the fountain fogger would be better for this type of application. I will of course post all pics to this thread. I'm planning on using it to start clones in a very light GH Flora nutrient solution to see if salt build up is going to be a problem or not. ![]() I'll keep you all informed. ![]()
