What is Hydroponics?

In Latin, the word hydroponics means literally "water working." Hydroponics is the practice of growing plants in either a bath or flow of highly oxygenated, nutrient enriched water. Hydroponics is not as complicated as it sounds. In fact it is easier than normal growing as it eliminates the tiresome task of watering plants regularly.
In soil, biological decomposition breaks down organic matter into the basic nutrient salts that plants feed on. Water dissolves these salts and allows uptake by the roots. For a plant to receive a well balanced diet, everything in the soil must be in perfect balance.
With hydroponics, water is enriched with these very same nutrient salts, creating a hydroponic nutrient solution that is perfectly balanced. And since this hydroponic nutrient solution is contained, little is wasted as run off. Additionally, very little water is lost to evaporation in a hydroponic system, owing to its application in drought stricken areas.
To support the plants in a hydroponic system, an inert soil-free medium like fiber, sand or stone, may be used to anchor the roots. These hydroponic mediums are designed to be very porous for excellent retention of air and water that's necessary for a healthy plant - roots need to breathe too!
In addition to a perfectly balanced diet, hydroponic plants have their food and water delivered directly to their roots. This way, the energy normally used to develop long roots can be redirected to growing more plant, which is a great benefit indeed! With the proper exposure to natural sunlight or supplemental grow lights, your hydroponic plants will grow many times faster, bigger and healthier than those grown in soil.

What is Aeroponics?

Aeroponics is an application of hydroponics without a growing medium, although a small amount may be used to germinate the seed or root a cutting. Plant roots are suspended mid-air inside a chamber kept at a 100% humidity level and fed with a fine spray of nutrient solution. This mid-air feeding allows the roots to absorb much needed oxygen, thereby increasing metabolism and rate of growth reportedly up to 10 times of that in soil. And there is nearly no water loss due to evaporation.

What is Quantum Hydroponics?

Quantum hydroponic machines generate a Quantum field using a Quantum Sub-Particle Accelerator. The proprietary technology necessary for such revolutionary engineering was developed over a period of four decades.
The natural 'inspiration' for this invention is billions of years old; the sun. All forms of life make use of the sun, its light and its different fields. The sun creates Quantum fields. Without Quantum fields, plants can't grow.
Quantum create a Quantum field similar to the one coming from the sun.
When plants are grown with Quantum hydroponics, they are able to grow to their maximum potential and there are virtually countless other benefits.
There are two types of Quantum hydroponics machines, explained below:

(EiT) Emitter-In-Tank (for hydroponics only)
The EiT system is the simplest form of Quantum hydroponics. When nutrients go to the roots of plants they nourish and charge the surroundings. Plants can now use more nutrients, grow faster and experience the multitude of benefits Quantum hydroponics provides.
It can be used with any hydroponics system, including: RTW (Run to Waste); RTR (Run to Return); NFT (Nutrient Film Technique); PS (Pot System); and DC (Deep Cycle).
NOTE: Emitters have to be installed so that air-stones are blowing onto the emitters in the middle of the tank.

In-Line (for hydroponics and soil gardening)
In-Line Quantum hydroponic units are used for hydroponics and for soil watering (as in a normal household garden or soil based market garden).
When used with hydroponics, you simply connect the nutrient line from a tank (pump) to a NFT system or any other system. Use the tap after outlet of the Quantum hydroponics unit to adjust a suitable nutrient flow.
For soil growing, put water through the unit and use sprinklers, slow release systems, etc to get the soil wet. Use your normal fertilisers and Quantum charged water will do the rest.
NOTE: Can be used 24 hours a day or on a timer-based system.

Hi mate,
just er thought you'd serlip that Quantumponics bit in there then? All casual and matter of fact, like? Sounds like something out of Star Trek doesn't it? "Quantum Sub-Particle Accelerator"

Done a bit of research, very hard to find out about in detail but loads of testimonials. At first I thought it might have some influence on the ionic balance of the water but the science is way ahead of that, real Einstein stuff!

Here's my attempt at an explanation...it's pretty shaky! :

It seems that it can create some kind of sub-atomic particle acceleration which is heavy sheyit!
Photons are sub-atomic particles that are emitted by the sun. They shouldn't be thought of as matter so much, they are more like an energy field. As this is emitted by the sun, someone at some point has hypothesised that they might be able to recreate some of the advantages that plants/fish/animals(including us) get from the sun by harnessing this "energy". Apparently, the Quantumponic unit charges the water used to irrigate the plants with a photon field which increases the active ability of both the water and the nutrients, allowing effective uptake of more i.e. without burn.

Exactly how they have gone about it is a mystery and how they made the leap to working out that "photonically charging" [sic...my own terminology, not necessarily correct] water will result in increased activity baffles me too....from this I can only surmise that:

a) It is such new technology that those responsible believe it is still in their best interests to guard it.

Although, after hearing it has been in development for forty years, not an incredibly long time but still quite a while, I am led to believe that:

b) It could be a scam!

Units are for sale at an Australian website at $108....I'm not sure if it's US or AUS. Either way, in my money, 50 or 75 quid doesn't seem like a fortune to pay for an experiment that at the very worst will do nothing so I might give it a shot....In the name of science, naturally

There are many testimonials from respected sources, most of whom are involved in "feeding the starving" projects, and many report yields of 130-160% of the control's yields. The benefits of the sub-particle accelerator are said to include pain-relief and skeletal regeneration (you could possibly sit watching your plants grow to mutant size, like in Woody Allen's "Sleeper", as your back heals 'San )....their words; although exactly what "skeletal regeneration" involves escapes me
